Diego's tacos has been around for ~15 years and gets mentioned on this board every once in a while, but I had lunch there today so figured I would give it a plug. Diegos serves some pretty high quality tacos (they certainly aren't priced like the states, but they aren't going for bargain basement street tacos either). I had an order of Diego's Taco's (a menu item that comes with 3 tacos that is a mix of pork, beef and sausage). Think cost was $120ish pesos. One friend also ordered Diegos Taco's (he loved it). Another friend ordered a shrimp torte (she loved it).
Diego's is across the street from the airport on 65th probably 20 yards from the traffic circle if that. When I have a friend flying out that needs to check bags, we first drop him off for 5 minutes at airport to check his bags, then go to Diego's for lunch before dropping him off at airport to catch his plane. Lunch can usually be done in 30 minutes or less, but you could obviously stretch it longer, I am not a beer drinker, but evidently they serve beers now also.
Anyway, just felt like flagging a restaurant where I haven't had a bad meal in the 15 years I have been going there give or take. It is only open for lunch btw (not dinner)
