There's a big difference between friendly banter and hostility. I will say no more.

Wowzers! I agree, there is a difference. Guess I totally missed what was said. Thought it was in regards to the "goof'n round" we were doing early thursday afternoon (guess it turned a little ugly after i left).

We should all be good neighbors here (and on the water), thats what diving is all about, friendships, new experiences, sharing stories, watching each others backs and every now and again a little healthy "banter".

However, one rotten apple can spoil the bunch!! not sure what happened. Hope it was just a missunderstand or missinterpretation...though seems like it wasnt

and as decapod stated I too will "say no more" on this subject

safe & fun diving (in that order)

Yes, there is a big difference. And the reason I posted to the thread was because I had to remove a half dozen responses to the personal attack. It's easier to post in the thread than to PM each individual. Now if you guys want to get back to the subject...

Wild weather yesterday. We planned to do a deco dive on the Crane but my deco buddy cancelled due to the weather. My other buddy and I did two dives at Halfway Rock. The forecast was right on the money. We loaded up and steamed out to Little Misery to grab a mooring to see if the weather would pass. On the way out the rain and wind was driving so hard I could not look straight into it. Somewhat crazy and comical.

Like clockwork the weather passed and we had some great dives at Halfway. All kinds of Striper Bass, Lobster, and we did see one Cod.
