did dive paradise take over the pier at casa del mar ?

hey everyone. saw an ad recently that puts dive paradise on the pier across from casa del mar. this has been occupied by marine world for quite some time now.
can anyone confirm if marine world has moved ? id so, where are they now ? is dive paradise the only shop on that pier now, or are they sharing it with marine world ? whatsupp ??!!
