Diving nitrox should not have any affect on diabetes. I dive nitrox every chance I get and I haven't noticed any difference.

Thanks to all for the information! I've been diving for 3 years now, but discovered that I am a Type 1 diabetic about a month ago. I'm currently working hard to get my glucose low & stabilized, and am looking forward to returning to diving at some point in time!
