depp is an auto renew program as stated on the original forms and the email or mailed renewal notices. All customers have up until renewal to cancel (all notices are emailed or mailed a month before renewal). We realize these sometimes get spammed or lost in the mail, so we also give 30 days after renewal in which we will give a full credit when we are notified the customer did not wish to renew. The customer in question here has been credited in full.

DEPP..............this spam email bs excuse has been used for 2 years now. Fix the friggin problem. You state you dont check your spam folder. Maybe you should start checking more often since these problems have been brought to your attention for over 2 years. This excuse had really gotten old and is still being used now for why my emails are not being answered by Deane and Sandy. Funny thing, 60 days ago emails were being returned just fine. Your program is a complete joke.
