Lobster mated with a stonefish....
 
It has poisonous spines and no known predators.
 
It's a close family member of the Stone fish.

Order is: Scorpaeniformes which includes Stone fishes and Scorpion fishes. We saw one in the Philippines. They don't move at all - just sit on the sand and look up. Even if disturbed they seldom budge.
