Hi,

I am going to be down in the Delray Beach area the third week of May. Any recommendations from the locals on boat operators and dive sites?

Thanks

You might want to check out the operators out of Boynton Beach, just to the north. I've been out with Splasdown Divers in the past and enjoyed it. I think they now operate the shop right there at the dock.

Captain Rob and Divemaster Bryan are awesome. The Dives have been very enjoyable with them. they used to be Lady go Diver

Deerfield Beach/Hillboro Inlet area is just south of Delray Beach.

Check out Capt. Rob with his new boat Fishfood.

Here is a Yahoo Map

Also if you get a chance pick up copy Ned Deloach's Guide to Underwater Florida Book and check out the Delray Wreck...not much there, but a neat beach dive and lots of macro marine life.

Good luck.
