Looking for a dive site to do an open water cert. does any one know of a quarry or lake on the peninsula that's open to the public.

i have been living on the eastern shore for 3 years now and i have not heard of any lakes that support diving cert. That being said i know of a few shops on the eastern shore, that do the required dives in a local pool and then head else where for your final ow dive.
