Delfins Dive Friends Locker Setup?

I found a great rate for a 3 bd villa at Delfins ($243/night) but I've read older reports regarding the DF locker room which were discouraging (gear needs to be dried off, very small).

Looking for recent feedback on Delfins: Do most guests take their gear back to their unit? Has anyone stayed in the villas before or know how far are they from the pier? Are carts avail if our kids want to dive the house reef? TIA

There are carts, and the setup for the house reef is great—nice showers, easy in off a good pier with wide metal steps. The house reef, not so great, but it’s an easy dive.
