Hello. Before my Mako k-14 Bauer block used to almost immediately indicate the oil pressure. Lately, the oil pressure has been delayed a few seconds, sometimes as much as unit the final stage pressure reaches 1000 psi. The compresser operates normally otherwise.

anyone encounter something similar Before?

Oil pump belt could be slipping and then catching when the heat builds. I would start there. There could be thermal characteristics of oil at play as well. If it is 20 degrees cooler than you are used to operating, the thicker oil takes longer to show pressure.
