Hello Hello,

Coupla questions.

Are the Delaware ad Chesapeake Bays considered within Wreck Valley?

and...

Has anyone ever dove these or heard of good diving?

Thanks,

Sure, dove Chesapeake Bay many times. Most of my dives there were in the fall and winter going after oysters. I did, however, a few dives in the spring and summer on wrecks and prospective bottle sites.

Basically, the vis in the Bay is fair at best (wintertime) and poor during the summer. I recall one dive just south of the Bay Bridge on the eastern side of the ship channel on a wooden sailing ship about 90 feet down. It should have been fantastic, but the vis was less than 1 foot!
