IMO if a 2500sq ft. home runs over $350,000 no matter where in CA you are, it may as well be S. CA

If I remember what I've read somewhere (a Lonely planet book) about diving in California, Pt Sur is the limiting between NorCal and Socal but I am not an expert in californian geography since I have not been there yet (but this is only a matter of weeks 
).
