(Saw this on a bumper sticker the other day..)

If at first you don't succeed, sky diving is not for you.

"For Sale - One parachute. Used once, never opened."

SeanQ:
"For Sale - One parachute. Used once, never opened."

And the advice given to a friend of mine before his first jump.

'If your reserve parachute fails to open I suggest you put your arms straight out from your sides and your legs together so you look like a crucifix. Oh and cross your ankles.

That way we can unscrew you when you land'

"For Sale: Parachute. Used Once. Never Opened. Slight Stain."

Bumper Sticker on my Jeep: "God was my copilot but we crashed in the mountains and I had to eat him." (and it has a sheepishly grinning smiley face, dabbing his mouth with a napkin) :D

Tamas:
....let's simplfy the lemon thing.

When life gives you lemons, you have lemons.

well... not so fast

you may be holding the lemons in trust for life, in which case
ownership has not passed to you. also, life may have created
a bailment on those lemons, in which case, again, they
are not yours.

or, possibly, life has handed you the lemons in an options contract
basis, which means life may demand said lemons or their equivalent
at any given time.

or life has lent you the lemons, at interest, in which case you'll
have to pay back the lemons plus a few more at a certain time
in the future.

happy to help
