I imagine it would work electrically with just about any 24V scooter system including the Gavin you describe. It uses pretty standard anderson connectors. The bulkhead is designed specifically to fit into the echo/sierra but could probably be adapted. The bulkhead is 7 inches in diameter. I think the gavin is larger so you might need to rig up a spacer or something like that.
