Yes, you can read the article and come out with different outcomes, and/or call DAN to talk with the Dive Medics and still get different decisions. I've done both, a few times. They don't really say it's good; don't really say it's bad.

You are probably a lot more careful than I about staying about the Soft Bottom - 1.4 PPO; possibly more careful about a lot of aspects. I have to work at being careful, as I tend to be more of a live-wire, so this is one point I focus on. I take PSE the night before diving Nitrox, but not within 8 hours.

I'll agree with tropical diver about using Afrin nasel spray. It works for me when diving.
