I have been able to find a few posts about it but what I am looking for is a more direct answers about it. am not looking for how or why all I want to know is.
what was the first feelings that made you think you had it.

You should probably call DAN, bro.
I dont have it. This is a question for the knowledge bank.

Chapter 4, maybe 5 of your manual will explain it all. You're asking for a direct answer to an indirect question.

Your open water manual covers the various types of decompression sickness for basic recreational divers.

It could be skin bends, a shoulder hit or all out bent. I'm not sure what your asking.

I've never had feelings that I have had a DCS hit.

I'm guessing off memory here, but i'm pretty sure a deco manual will have a more exhaustive list of symptoms for DCS vs an AOW manual. So you can take a look at that.

I never got a hit. But i would note, sometimes it's an undeserved hit so be cautious symptoms for any reason.

That is a tx book answer what I am looking for is how did it actually feel. IE pain in the leg a itchy back burning knee pain.

Its why I want personal feelings on it. Most books I have found just list a symptom but fail to describe the on set from a first person perspective.

There seems to be a direct correlation between the symptoms of mild DCS and middle age.

Fatigue, yep
Joint pain, yep
Muscular aches, yep
Difficulty emptying a full bladder, yep

Maybe if I wake up one morning without any of these symptoms, I'll know I'm really bent!

October 2, 2018, I surfaced from a 90-foot fun dive the day after teaching advanced trimix, and within 15 minutes I felt like my left foot was bubbling. I felt my skin was having a reaction to something, my ears started ringing, I became extremely dizzy, and my vision became wonky. I had blotches on my skin and discomfort in my neck. I couldn't defecate when I had to go after the morning coffee kicked in. I knew I was bent and was shocked that it happened to me.

Long story about my treatment, but the eye patch in my avatar is a souvenir from getting bent. I'm having surgery to try to realign the eye this week 4 years after the event. Ears still ring. But I'm no longer dizzy and back to diving.
