We use whatever Wal-Mart has, also surgical tubing, bungie marerial and bike tubes for various attachments.... also o-rings....occasionally bubble gum and baling wire(I was born in Texas after all)

I use Surgical tubing for my deco bottles. i got a whole box from a local medical supply shop, 50' for $20. I also get a great deal on Pee valve condoms from them (freedom caths).

I see alot of bicycle inner tubes bieng used too, but i dont have any experience with that, so far the Surg tubing is doing the trick for me.

I've always used surgical tubing, but I really don't like it much. One of these days, I will replace my tubing with regular bungie. Here a decent source for bungie:

Innertube is used to cover the hose clamp.

Or one inch tubular nylon webbing purchased from a climbing store...
Slip it over the hose clamp before tightening...

And hold off on that major bungee purchase...
I'll send some rubber bands home with your Dad...

Help, Uncle Pug!! Any more specific info (like part number or catalog description) on those rubber bands?

Just went to check out the website and they have so much stuff (with little in the way of descriptions and no pictures) that I'm lost. If you have the information, it'll save me a call to Seattle...

Thanks.

Here is what I sent to Eric in a PM:

The bag says:
CWC
Continental
#107 PCI
Rubber Bands
Premium Quality
made in Thailand
Continental Western Corp.
Seattle-Portland-Oakland-Los Angeles-Denver

I think #107 PCI should do it...
If you live anywhere near where there is a commercial crab fishery you might want to check at a local supply house as these are used on crab pots. 1/2" wide and thicker than inner tube and they are very stretchy and just the right diameter.

TMD,
We pay $1.12 for latex and $.95 silicone for Freedom Caths.
To get that price we buy a box of 100 and the price includes shipping.

What are you paying?
