Hi.
Made these from basics. Rods, sinkers, latex, nylon ties. Seem fine, work well; will test next dive. If you see something to improve of wrong, comment, please.

----> Wishbones

link not working

The zip ties are gonna brake, I know, I use a double constrictor knot. wishbones look good tho.

The zip ties will break.
I would sugest doing it with spectra braid
The video is in italian, but you can see what he is doing, this way if something brakes you can fix it underwater, and it hurts a lot less when it slips while loading.

As mentioned, the zip ties will not withstand the shock of the bands and will break quickly, probably by the second or third shot (or before)..Once submerged the water will act like a lubricant.

in any regard, we have a complete selection of materials and tools necessary to make professional quality bands. in fact, your own bands will be better than any purchased at a dive shop, because you will have the opportunity to make them the day before you need them. Bands age - even when not used - so having the freshest bands possible is a big advantage.

All our bands are tied (by hand) when a speargun is ordered. We also will make bands to order of any size.

Check out this link for supplies, sounds like the OP needs band tieing line.
