Suggestion deceptive comments

Is there anything we can do about ScubaBoarders who are being deceptive in their comments for personal financial gain? I just "outed" one member in the travel section, but that probably won't stop her, and there's bound to be others.

When it was turned on before, folks were getting negative points just 'cause someone didn't like 'em, right? That made us mods have to do a lot of mediating.

So.... Can the reputation system be set to accept positive points only? If a user likes a post they can leave positive points, if not, just don't leave any....
