Maybe next year .... we close on the new house in Madison on the October 24th, and the current house isn't even on the market yet! At this rate, I may not survive till December! :shocked2: Spent the evening scraping old caulk out of the tile in the 2nd bath, then discovered the flange on the toilet is broken (after I took it all apart hoping it was just a popped bolt and I'd have to replace the bolts and the wax seal.)
