Hello all UK divers,

I have just been offered a job in Cambridge and of course, I am thinking about diving in the area!
Cold, murky fresh or sea waters with nothing to see are not a problem...I just need some water :cool2:

Are there any sites easily accessible as a daytrip (max. 2h to 2h30 by car, less is better) from Cambridge?
I also need diveshop addresses to rent and fill tanks, for the rest I have my own equipment.

Thanks!
Sophie

For inland sites, you're about an hour and half away from both Wraysbury and Stoney Cove. You can rent and fill tanks at either location. Don't know about the sea though. The handful of UK sea dives I have done have all been in the southwest. Hope that helps.
