They say it was a mobulis Ray, looks a lot like a manta to me yes at tugboat between there and directors bay.
My Kraken was having crazy IP creep so I ordered a kit but didn’t receive it in time for the trip, so it was Atomic T2x for all dives.
Who was your Dive Bus guide?
We only used the guide for the required check dive, then on our own. We did 18 dives, a little over 22 hours underwater, 9 of those were at tugboat, trying to find a seahorse!

Gotta love the diversity at Tugboat Wall, Pier, flats but a Manta?? I need to look "out" more.
Saw pretty much everything at the Tugboat area, Happy fish, to a damn big Turtle, we did hit a few other spots but by far Tugboat was the best
