Day after Thanksgiving

I'm headed to Austin for Thanksgiving and wanted to try to dive the day after Thanksgiving. I'm sure the chances of it working out are slim, but it doesn't hurt to try.

Anyone diving in the Austin area the day after Thanksgiving? Or anyone have a place they would recommend diving?

I'm a beginner addict and am jonesing to dive anytime I can, especially since the only diving I can do at home is in the pool.

I am not leaving Austin, and I am planning to make a some dives that weekend. Call Lake Travis Scuba to see if a charter can be setup the day after Thanksgiving. Lake Travis Scuba only needs 3 people to make a charter. I might can get a few others to dive. I will warn you the surface temperature is 69F, and get's colder the deeper you go. I will be in a drysuit.

Oh how exciting!!!!!!! I spoke to them this morning and I think I am going to be able to make it. Forgive me for being so uniformed, but that means we will be on the same boat then right? Possibly diving together?

It is going to be so much more fun to dive rather than do the Black Friday shopping mess!!!!
