Davey compressor 2mc1a help

Anyone have an idea of why my 4th stage pressure wont go over 500 psi. was working fine with many fills, shut it off one day as normal and didn't use it for a few weeks, then started it up for a fill and it wouldn't load up over 500psi. I haven't come across an obvious leak so far. Any experience or advice would appreciate.

I haven't worked on your compressor, but it sounds like it is time for a valve job.

Is the unit equipped with an automatic drain?

yes it has an auto-drain system

If none of the inter-stage safeties are lifting, my first choice would be to look at the auto drain. I'd check the common outlet to see if it is leaking when the unit is running.
