Dave Swain Update?

Has anyone recieved any updates regarding Dave Swain? I worked with Bob Clarke and Dave for many years at OSS. Anyone who visited OSS from 1991 to 1995 probably had there tank filled by me. I knew Shelly and was close to them both. I have many opinions about Dave, however, more interested in his legal case.

this is what I probably hate the most in US... at every corner of a street you just can be prosecuted and get a lawsuit against you even if you tried to do the right thing, for simple things sometimes... Good luck to David.
We do not have the same "pressure" above our heads in Europe, although many fear and feel this is coming, mostly starting in the medical side...

I agree with your general sentiment about the excessive litigiousness of the U.S. but its probably worth pointing out that he was criminally charged in Tortola and was extradited there so he is not standing trial in a U.S. court.

I know Dave very well, I got him interested in diving, taught him to dive, and took him on his 1st dive. We dove together for years. No way he did this, not the Swain I know. I know he needs $$ so if anyone wants to help a good man and fellow diver go to that link in an earlier post and donate.
