It's sad that Oceanic has CHOOSEN to suspend service on a product. Doug's claim that "We have absolutely no ability to service these units" is not true. They want to sell you a new one!

Instead of saying Doug claims are false you should have told the guy how to change the battery. Also you still have not explain oceanic process for servicing the computer and all you have to do is call their tech line and they will explain it to you.
