Just got this short message from Dive into Scuba. LDS here in Dallas and wanted to share.

Dive Insurance

Sub-Aquatic Safety Services (SSS), which operates recompression
chambers from America to Belize to Thailand has announced it will no longer
accept scuba divers insured by Divers Alert Network (DAN) unless they pay out
of their own pockets. No other information except to offer an alternative, Dive Assure, at http://www.diveassure.com/new/usa/form_member.asp?referrer=DIVEIN

Your LDS is woefully behind, this issue has already been resolved. See the DAN website for details.
