As far as training goes...why should it be any different than OW training? Some good...some criminally bad.

We are still trying to find the DAN report....you seem to be the only one who has read it...so responding can only be on what we have been given thus far.....

Comprehension? I never said the report is either good or bad, but just giving the sound bite of "Increase of 5%....300% more fatalities" is a disservice. You can only make a judgment on the number when you understand how the number was generated.

Do you comprehend?
