DAN in Japan

OK my DAN America has now expired. Before moving I called DAN to have my address changed to my to Japan, but they said the could not support.

Does DAN Japan issue news letters in English or furigana (hiragana above kanji)? As my kanji skill are rusty (bordering on non-existent.)

My other option is to go with DAN SEAP which I can get through the Philippines.

All my DAN materials here in Japan are in Japanese, not much English support.
