I have sent an e-mail to the Missouri State Water Patrol asking them the requirements for displaying a flag with in the buoy line at the dam. I will let you know what response I get.

I dont have the exact info with me, but I can get it next time I am at the shop. I did the dam as my mapping project for my DMC program. Going down the concrete steps, just off to the right slightly you will find a rope that goes down. I want to say it starts at about 40 feet or so, and it goes down in a V, giving you two sides you can follow the rope down on. Again, I will check my map and let you know what I had there.
