Wow, those pictures are AMAZING... Now I know how much I suck at U/W photography...

Thanks for the review and for sharing the pics! :)

Ken, I was visiting but sadly not diving last weekend. Even with a touch of rain the bay looked amazing! My lovely bride and I are definitely going back down to dive La Boof soon. We have friends in Tijuana so we don’t need to camp but I hear the camping is great and very secure (For those who may be worried about that.)

I await more beautiful photographs. BTW, when are you going to publish a coffee table book?

Nicely done, as usual, Ken. :) Luv La Buf. Gotta get back soon... esp now that summer is going and hopefully the red tide with it.

Just don't go telling the world how great it is and letting the secret out too far. ;)

It was impossibly dark above 40 feet in August. It was remarkably clear from 80 to 120... unreal clear.

I finally busted a move and ordered a focus light. I've been talking about it for years, and the August trip I really, REALLY needed one. It was clear, but so dark cuz the yuck layer was 40 feet thick. Like MoCal in May...

I'm pretty stoked. I'm gonna take it to Vets tomorrow night so I can get in the groove with it before this weekend!

Cross your fingers we see some cool stuff tomorrow night. Full moon - huge tide swing (big push tomorrow night.) We were supposed to go tonight, but I'm a loser and I'm still working.
