There was a PVC pipe coming out of the basin near the boardwalk that didn't seem to have a purpose - I suppose that could have been for the water company - but I dunno.
I do know that you can still dive it, if you get there by canoe and either anchor or tie up to trees/stumps.
The first hour or two was pretty rough on me and Mikey - neither of us had canoed in atleast 5 years. LOL We zig-zagged quite a bit with only two speeds, full speed and complete stop as we hit whatever in front of us. By the end of the trip we had it figured out - thank God!
