Dee...called the shop yesterday and was assured it was marked urgent. I am ringing them again today. Normally I wouldn't be so pushy, but it is the same fault as they supposedly fixed in mid November PLUS the new fault that only happened when I got it back the first time so I think I shouldn't have to wait in line!
I agree! I'll keep my fingers crossed for ya.
