Are you wanting abrasion resistance and actual protection or colors for uniqueness and flare?
I bought some cordura from sailrite and made my own. They have 3 different weights of cordura and they are pretty easy to make if you can operate a sewing machine. Lots of colors and patterns to choose from

Both? LOL Probably more flare. I think the hoses are pretty robust.

Great guy I’ve met through some rebreather FB groups - Patrick Oertig - made some great custom protective loop covers for me and many others. I’d highly recommend his work.
