I haven't been to PV in April. What are the current water temps, both at surface and at depth? I need to know what wetsuit/s to bring. Hopefully a local will post or someone that was there recently. Thanks!

I was there last week and had 74* at 45' at the Marietas islands. I used a 5mm, and was comfortable. If you used a 3mm you would probably be OK on the first dive, but may be chilled on the second. Hope that helps.

Hi. The water temp was 80° on the surface today down to 60 foot, where there was a thermocline taking it down to 74°. I am diving every day, so am still wearing a 7mm, but my guests are opting for 3mm long suits. 2 more weeks, and we will be diving without wetsuits I believe. I hope this helps.
