With SCTLD so widespread on Grand Cayman, are there any current regulations or restrictions for divers on the island?
I don‘t know of any current restrictions on Grand, however there are several DOE recommendations about using snorkeling/diving equipment between Grand and the Sister Islands. Be safe

Grand Cayman is fully infected; no signs yet on the two Sister Islands.
"Pathogens on dive gear may survive for extended periods and can be transferred among reefs on subsequent dives, and, potentially, transmitted to reefs internationally. Disinfect your water gear if you are arriving internationally to Cayman Islands and before traveling between Grand Cayman and the Sister Islands.
Please read the following guidelines to ensure water gear and boat bilges are disinfected appropriately."

Does the boat bilge disinfection pertain to cruise ships as well?? :)
