Maybe or just a logical warning based upon what the ABCs are saying at this point. A said it is opening up to US. BC said it is opening up to A but said it would consider closing that if A opened up to US. B said it is opening up soon with Europe on a very limited basis but not US.
 
you might want to keep it closed at least until November. You know, to see what happens with this disease.
What will happen is that there will be a very vocal cadre saying that, given that the infection rate is not yet zero, and that we still haven't had long enough to see the longest-term effects, we should keep it closed until the following November. Repeat indefinitely.
