Any ScubaBoarders in Curacao next week? My family will be at the Kura Hulanda in Westpunt diving with Ocean Encounters West. Hoping to see my wife and son pass their open water certification and be able to join my older son and I on some real open water dives. Can't wait, Watamula here I come!!

Hi there, we just got back from Kura Hulanda. The reef at Kura is really pretty and will be perfect for new divers ( go to the right ). The other thing to do is make reservations at Sol Food ( Sunshine and David's place ) They are only open Fri, Sat and Sun so you have to move quick but it is totally worth it. They are wonderful and it is an easy walk from Kura.
Wish I was there, you will have a great time!!

We'll be diving with OEW from the 20th to the 26th.
We're staying at Rancho El Sobrino.
See you at the shop around the 20th.

Interested in hearing more about Alice in Wonderland. I was there in November but the coral bleaching was too much for me. Liked it much better near All West because of it. Hope its different now but would like to hear confirmation that it is.
thanks

Ill be diving with All west from april 25-30th and staying at the lodge Kura Hulanda. Let me know how it was and if there is anything i should know about before going or anything that we must see or do??

Thanks - that's good info. My wife and I will be there in August and were curious about the walk from Kura to Sol Food. We definitely want to stop by there once - very possibly twice (their menu very much agrees with my wife's dining interests)

We hit Sol Food 4 times during our March trip. It should be about a 10 minute level walk for you.
