3mm, gloves, beanie... that's what I wore a couple of weekends ago at CSSP, and I was just fine. I ditto the thermocline advice- just stay above 20 ft and you'll be fine. The vis has been pretty good- you can see the bottom in most places, and still stay shallow enough to see the fishies.
