It was Wedneday march 11, the dive operator was Dive Friends, the cruise ship was Princess. I guess the story was that the dive operator told the divers they could stay down for up to one hour if they still had air. Most all the divers got cold or ran out of air, apparently everybody else got out of the water at about 40 minutes it was only the two that got left, they still had time and air and were down below the boat looking around at the reef and the boat just left.

It was another Dive Friends boat that picked up the divers, and my daughter was telling she overheard the worker on the boat shaking his head saying " This is NOT good, this is NOT good!" She said Dive Friends refunded their money and told them they could dive with them for free (forever).

I agree, that is NOT good.

Floating in the Caribbean waters for a few hours in exchange for diving for free forever....? Where do I sign?

Heck, the sites are so close to shore that you could probably swim in and walk to the dive shop before the boat even got back to the dock!! :D

I'm in for the "float a bit and dive free forever" plan!!
