Hi. I'm going on a cruise here in November and want to do a dive on 2 of these islands---which are the best? Thanks!
Cruise to Puerto Rico, st Thomas and Turks and Caicos--best diving?

Turks & Caicos would be my no. 1 (not even close)
I'd take St Thomas for the second. Where the cruise ships dock up in PR, you have to go a decent distance to get to clear water.
PS. Plus, when you are in PR, you should try to go and see El Morro (the fortress). Well cool, and very close to the cruise ship docks.

On St. Thomas book with Admiralty Dive or Blue Island Divers - both pick up at the cruise port.
Either has a much better reputation than the cruise operator.
