The only instruction I found online was on an Amazon review and that person used a flathead screwdriver as the main tool. This led to some damage to the plastic. In this set of instruction, I only use a flathead screwdriver to push on a tab and the rest uses a plastic prying tool, normally sold in electronics disassembly kits. This method resulted in no damage to the plastic and a clean install of the prescription lenses.

Thank you for posting this! It helped even years later. I actually used a utility knife (carefully) to get started on the upper bridge piece after removing the nose piece. Then I used a plastic butter knife to wedge further. I like this mask as it is one of the few that I can put corrective lenses in and actually be able to see underwater.
