It still said “replace” even after trying several new batteries. It’s back to the seller.

Well mine is still fine and will be using it for diving in Bali in September will let you know if I have any issues.

Also max pressure 300 bar and max depth 50m 4350 psi and 164 feet depth for recreational diving. Has a max depth of 120m.
Could you please clarify, is there some kind of limit of 50 m programmed in this device, that you need to disable to allow the full range of 120m? Or is the full range available from the beginning, and you just mention 50 m as a generic limit not related to Digi2?

Read what you quoted me where I wrote max depth is 120m

The other one is now leaking at the spool after appr. 50 dives.

I've done a few hundred dives with mine now. I did buy a second battery with a new backplate and seal for redundancy.

It's been great since I bought it. I just have to remind guides not to leave the air on and to discharge any air in the regs so the guage is not powered on. Once explained and I show staff how to discharge the air then wait about 2 minutes then they see the SPG turn off.

Also good pre dive because if you cannot see any BAR reading you haven't turned opened your tank valve.

Read carefully the manual to change the battery. The very first time I did, I though to do like all other appliance. Instead you need to observe the right timing to perform the self test and then you can go as usual.

For those concerned about the cover, it has a magnet that oxidizes very easily. I usually do not have it during my diving days, especially if I'm on a liveaboard. Remember to depressurize regulator and the DIGI 2 will shutdown after a while.
Magnet are very useful to change settings (Bar/PSI and meter/feet - I don't remember about temperature).

Maybe someone can 3D print a cover that can be used just to protect the display and get wet.
