Why didn't I join sooner?
Cracking board. I am a member of a number of specialist Boards for various hobbies and interests including Ducatis, Flying and Astronomy.
This has to be one of the best, glad to be a member.

Yes, under the same name. I am a pilot but not in America, I have a PPL in the UK (well Europe but with us leaving the EU I sm wondering if we will stay part of EASA)
I joined POA because it's a good read, I don't post much.

Yeah, when I first read "Cracking Board", I thought you were referring to hackers. Then my English roots kicked in and it was all pip, pip, cherio!

"Cracking" is a uniquely British term meaning "great, excellent, wonderful..." e.g. "That new book is a cracking read" etc
