Or is it Happy Nudi Year? Either way, I made a dock dive today after being envious of Merry's photos from her recent night dive. She found some striped shore crabs, Pachygrapsus crassipes living on the pilings. We have never seen them anywhere other than the rocks near shore.
Visibility today was less than two feet, so every one of my photos were taken within an inch or two from the subjects. I still ended up with a lot of photos of suspended silt.
