Thanks for all the help. Booked the Hotel CZM and air for $1180/couple for five nights. I've just confirmed with Blue XT. Everything is set. Now I just have to wait.

Argh!! Thanks Scubajim. USAirways would have saved me $30. But then again, I wouldn't be flying direct from Houston to Cozumel. Still not a bad deal for me.
