Cozumel Tour Operator?

Does anyone have any experience with any of Cozumel's tour operators? If so, can you provide recommendations or at least who "not" to do business with? We're interested in setting up a tour to Chichen Itza during our trip there next month.

From reading the multiple posts here, I'm glad to see that so many of us will be there around the same time, hope we can make the plans for a get-together a reality.
