Trip advisor also does a great job on info and reviews. We booked villa grace, even thou we are north the drive is short and great views

Highly recommend asking Dan Verness of Casas Cozumel Realty. Dan primarily deals with buying/selling properties, while his business partner Cesar usually handles the rental properties. Both are very knowledgeable and are patient at answering ANY questions you might have. Dan has always been very prompt at returning my emails and phone calls.
