I heard Casa Mexicana hotel has bikes I'm wondering do they have bike locks that they let you use also?

I would contact the Mexicana directly and find out. I know when we were there two years ago, they only had two or at most three bikes to rent. You had to go down early, sign a waiver form and then secure your bike. The bike would have to be returned every night and there was no guarantee you would get the bikes again tomorrow. It worked out well for us at that time because it was literally the same week Coz was re-opening after covid lockdown and so the hotel was maybe only 50% full.
