Well if you want to buy tourist drugs, I might suggest the one near Guidos. They seem to be on the up and up selling everything a cruiser wants. Seems the business is mostly antibiotics incase you want to upset your gut and make a superbug when you get the sniffles. Also plenty of ivermectin. Had to wait in line to get a prescription filled for my nephew while the cruisers shopped. They also special ordered me something for the next day for someone that forgot a to bring their med with them. Really nice family place with the owner's running it.
